Christmas Tales

Christmas Tales collection includes 24 beautiful tapestry crochet patterns to make the Christmas season even more cozy. It was created to share the joy of making and to inspire to surprise our loved ones with beautiful handmade presents.

In this book you will find patterns for drawstring bags, coasters, pot holders, baskets, cutlery holders, a mini plant pot cozy and a zipper pouch. The patterns share repeating motifs of presents, Christmas trees, bells, hearts, Christmas ornaments and diamonds, so you will be able to compose a set of different items that go together nicely.

These crochet items are great for presents, as well as to decorate the Christmas table. The patterns are quick to make: most of them you could make in one afternoon, others will take a bit longer than that.

For each pattern you will not need more than one skein of yarn of each color. All items in the Christmas Tales collection are made using Tencel 100% lyocell yarn that is made of wood pulp. However, you can also use mercerized cotton (8/4) which always gives great results in tapestry crochet projects, or any other thin yarn.

In the first part of the book, general instructions will guide you through different steps in making each crochet item. If you are not familiar with tapestry crochet or if you are just a beginner, you should not be discouraged to try these patterns: detailed photo instructions will help you along the way.

In the second part you will find patterns divided into eight categories based on the type of item. Each pattern includes notes, a written pattern, a color chart and some additional photo instructions.

The patterns are beginner/intermediate level.
